Menu & Inventory
When the mutton runs out, the menu knows.
Dishes are linked to the ingredients they use. As orders deplete stock, Crustrol warns the kitchen early and marks dishes 86 everywhere they are sold.

Recipes
Know how many portions are left, not just how many kilos.
Add a simple recipe card for each dish. Crustrol converts stock on hand into portions you can still sell, and updates the number with every order fired.
- Portion maths. Stock divided by recipe quantity, shown per dish.
- Shared ingredients. Paneer used in five dishes depletes once, correctly.
- Wastage logging. Record spoilage and staff meals so stock stays honest.

Stop selling what the kitchen cannot cook.
The moment a dish can no longer be made, it is marked sold out on dine-in, counter and connected online menus. When stock is received, it comes back on by itself.
- No awkward apologies. Servers never take an order for a dish that is gone.
- Fewer cancelled online orders. Online menus update along with the floor.
- Manual control. Chefs can 86 or restore any dish with one tap.
