AI restaurant management
Table to kitchen to till. One flow, not three systems.
Crustrol runs orders, kitchen prep, payments and guest profiles as one connected record, so nothing gets lost between the table and the till.
Order
Table 4 fires ticket #128 - 3 guests, 3 dishes.
Kitchen
Prep queue times it: 6 min. Table 7 flagged - ready in 2 min.
Served
Plates reach Table 4 at 38 min into the visit.
Paid
Bill split across UPI and card from the same order.
Complete
Guest profile updated - visit 6, prefers less spicy.
The gap at the pass
Most restaurants run service on three systems that never talk.
The POS takes the order, a printer or screen tells the kitchen, and billing starts again from scratch. Every hand-off is a place where time, money and guest memory leak out.
Orders, tickets and bills live apart
A dish changed at the table never reaches the kitchen ticket. A comped item never reaches the bill. Staff re-key the same order two or three times a night.
Table turn time is a guess
Unless someone is watching the floor, nobody knows which table has waited 25 minutes for mains until the guest flags a server down.
Regulars are treated like strangers
Order history sits in a billing export, disconnected from the person who ordered. The guest on their tenth visit gets the same welcome as the first.
How it works
Four moves. One record from start to finish.
Every order Crustrol touches carries its own history: where it came from, how long it cooked, how it was paid and who ate it.
Step 01
Order
Taken at the table, the counter or online, and sent straight to the right kitchen station.
Step 02
Prep
A live prep queue with timings, ordered automatically by dish complexity and how long each table has waited.
Step 03
Pay
Bills come from the same order record. Split by guest or item, mix UPI, card and cash, no re-entry.
Step 04
Remember
Each order links to a guest profile that builds history and preferences over every visit.
What the AI actually does
It watches the clock so your team can watch the guests.
No vague promises. Crustrol's models do three specific jobs during service, and each one shows its reasoning on screen so staff can overrule it.
Times the prep queue
Orders are sequenced by dish complexity, station load and table wait time, so a four-top's mains land together instead of in waves.
Flags delays before the table does
When a ticket drifts past its expected time, the floor gets a nudge: which table, how late, and what to tell the guest.
Builds guest profiles
Visit frequency, favourite dishes and stated preferences are assembled from order history to power loyalty offers and personal service.
What it does not do. Crustrol manages the order-to-payment flow and surfaces insights. It does not set menu prices or make staffing decisions. Those stay with the restaurant.
The restaurant engine
Five modules. Zero hand-offs between them.
Each module works on the same live order record, which is why they can do things separate tools cannot.
Stations see a timed queue. Late tickets turn ember before anyone has to ask.
