1. The service
We provide a cloud-based restaurant management platform covering order and table management, kitchen display and prep flow, payments and billing, guest profiles and loyalty, and menu and inventory sync, as described for each plan on the pricing page.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate business details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for the staff accounts you create and the actions taken under them.
- Keep login details confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
3. Plans, quotes and payment
Fees are set out in the quote or order form agreed for your restaurant, based on plan, outlets and terminals. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If payment is overdue, we may limit access after giving you notice.
4. Your data
Your orders, bills, guest profiles, menu and stock records belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to provide and improve the service for you. You can export your data at any time. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Guest data and consent
When you record guest details, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for honouring guests' requests to view, correct or delete their information. Loyalty offers must comply with applicable consumer and marketing laws.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful activity or to record false transactions.
- Do not attempt to access other restaurants' data or interfere with the platform's security.
- Do not resell or sublicense the platform without written agreement.
7. AI features
Prep prioritisation, delay flags and guest insights are suggestions to help your team. Your staff remain responsible for kitchen decisions, guest communication, menu pricing and staffing. The platform does not set prices or make staffing decisions.
8. Payments and third parties
Card, UPI and wallet payments are processed by your chosen payment provider under its own terms. Online ordering channels and other integrations are governed by their providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or charges of third-party services.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available during service hours and schedule maintenance for low-traffic times where possible. Support is provided through the channels included in your plan.
10. Hardware and connectivity
You are responsible for suitable devices, printers and a reliable internet connection at each outlet. We will advise on recommended setups during onboarding.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Ending the service
You may cancel at the end of any billing period. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached. On cancellation, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified in advance by email or in the dashboard.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
