1. Subscription fees
Plans are billed in advance for each billing period, as set out in your quote. Fees cover access to the platform and the onboarding included in your plan.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in a period that has already started, except as described below.
3. When we refund
- Billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we refund the difference in full.
- Before go-live. If you cancel before your restaurant has started taking live orders on the platform, the subscription fee for that first period is refunded, minus any onboarding work already completed as agreed in your quote.
- Extended outages. If the platform is unavailable for a significant part of your service hours due to a fault on our side, we will credit or refund a fair proportion of that period's fee.
4. What is not refundable
- Fees for billing periods that have fully passed.
- Hardware purchased from third parties, which is covered by the seller's own policy.
- Charges from payment gateways, online ordering channels or other third-party services.
5. Guest payments
Refunds to your guests for food or service are handled by your restaurant through your payment provider. The platform records these refunds against the original order for your reports, but we do not hold or return guest funds.
6. How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact page under existing customer support, with your restaurant name and the invoice concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 working days.
