Guest Profiles & Loyalty
Remember the guest, not just the order.
Every bill can link to a guest profile. Over time it becomes a clear picture of who comes in, what they love and when to say thank you.

Order history
Every visit adds a line to the story.
A phone number at billing is enough to link the visit. Dine-in, takeaway and online orders all build the same profile, so a regular is a regular however they order.
- Across channels. Table, counter and online visits in one timeline.
- Across outlets. For chains, a guest is recognised at every location.
- Shown at the right time. Servers see a short summary when the guest is seated or identified.
