What hardware does Crustrol run on?
Crustrol runs in a modern browser on Android tablets, iPads, Windows and most POS terminals. Kitchen displays can be any tablet or touch screen. Standard thermal receipt and KOT printers are supported.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Crustrol works with leading Indian payment gateways and card terminal providers, plus UPI QR on the bill. Tell us your current provider and we will confirm before you commit.
Can we connect online ordering?
Yes. Orders from connected online channels arrive in the same queue as dine-in orders, and menu availability is kept in sync on the Growth and Chain plans.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup and onboarding are included in your quote, so there is nothing hidden at go-live.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move from Starter to Growth, or add outlets and switch to Chain, at any time. Your data moves with you.
